What people are saying...

“We want to say, “Thank You” for your outstanding support to our department which unexpectedly needed servicing to our vessel in a very urgent timeline. Not only did your company quickly turn around our critical asset, but you also had the part in stock. We say with great thanks that we were very happy you were able to help us. Furthermore, we would like to extend an invitation for your company to provide routine maintenance service to our vessel in the near future. Please contact with your cost to take care of us on a routine basis.”

Sincerely, Joseph Grenier, Voluntown Fire Chief

“Thank you for the outstanding service you performed repowering my 2000 Boston Whaler.  The Mercury Verado was an excellent recommendation and I am very pleased with the improved power and performance as well as the reliability and quietness of the engine.

You easily handled the initial challenges of reconfiguring the existing 17 Optimax rigging to the advanced Verado “fly by wire” controls and power steering while making sure the fit and function was precise.  There were some nice touches in fabricating a new dash panel for the Vesselview engine control multi function display and crafting fittings for the power steering pump and hoses.

In addition, the work to remove all the years of accumulated body paint and apply new barrier and antifouling coats has given the hull a much needed overhaul.  You delivered on time and on budget and I am very pleased with the results of your hard work and efforts to meet my expectations.

I have been a customer of Connors & O’Brien for over 20 years and with the excellent service and technical support you provided this year I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.”
